Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Getting your orders where they need to go…
Please note: Processing times are separate from shipping times.
Fulfillment (Processing)
Please allow for 2- 7 days for your order to be processed for shipping (excluding
weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note, we
make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been
processed, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping
Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. Standard
shipping in the United States takes 6-11 business days.
Our fulfillment centers are not able to operate at full capacity due to COVID-19 which is
delaying some order processing times. In addition, our orders are shipped via UPS or
FedEx which may also be experiencing delivery delays. Please allow 10-14 days from
the time you order. You can always track your items with the tracking number in the
shipment confirmation email we send you on the FedEx or UPS website. Orders with
more than one item may be shipped from separate fulfilling locations so you can get all
your items as swiftly as possible.
Please note: We are not currently shipping to PO Boxes, APO, FPO addresses.
What should I do if it’s past the estimated delivery time and I still haven’t received
my order?'
If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received it,
here’s what you do:
1. Wait a day or two. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We
understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that
our estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee.
2. Get in touch with our customer support team. Let us know about your
delayed shipment and we’ll check the latest delivery estimates to your location.
We may ask you to wait a few more days to receive the order. Reach us by

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Simple flat rate shipping: We offer $ 4.99 flat rate for standard shipping to. We also
offer Express and Overnight shipping options.
FREE shipping for orders over $75.

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will
include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the
tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation
email, please contact us at info@knowmeansno.com with your name and order number, and
we will look into it for you.
Returns and Refunds:
We accept returns up to days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the
return. Please see full return policy page for more details.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as
possible at info@knowmeansno.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s
condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work
towards a satisfactory solution.
