If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to
review our policy on refunds and returns. This Return and Refund Policy has been

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Cancelations:
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hours of placing the order without giving
any reason for doing so. Once canceled, any monies paid to Know Means No will be
refunded to you. Please allow 3-5 business days for funds to show in your account.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by
means of a clear statement.

Returns & Refunds:
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks
after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be
submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an
error on our part are covered at our expense.
If You notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a
problem report. This can be done by emailing info@knowmeansno.org. Please be sure
to include any photos of any misprinted/damaged/defective items with your initial
problem report to avoid delays.
To return, items must be sent to 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.
Once a return package reaches our facility, we’ll notify you via email. Based on the
reason for the return, we will decide what the next steps should be.
Wrong Address - If You provide an address that is considered insufficient by the
courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment
costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and You will be
liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as
applicable).
What happens if a package wasn't delivered, but the tracking states that it was?-
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the customer reports they
have yet to receive it, Know Means No won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding
the order.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an
unexpected location at the customer's address. Customers should reach out to the
carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example:

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased within 4 weeks after the product has been received

The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:

The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be
returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or
hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. (Examples: include face
masks)

The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature,
inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above
return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be
refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Refunds due to cancellation:
Classes, workshops and events could occasionally be canceled by Know Means No. If
your event is canceled you will be notified by email, and you will receive a full refund or
full credit toward another class/course if you choose.
Refunds:
In order Services to be eligible for a full or partial refund they must be:

Services purchased within 24 hours of order being placed

Services that are canceled by Us
The following Services are not eligible for a refund:

Services that are not attended by You. This includes being tardy or leaving early

Deciding to cancel services after the 24 hours allotted time period of purchase

Change of heart after the service date has begun

NOTE: At the discretion of Know Means No, we may offer a refund based on the above
reasons for ineligibility. This is only on a case by case basis

Classes and Class Refunds

Class/course credits, memberships and absence from classes are non-
refundable.

Class Credits and packages are non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-
transferable to other persons.
Workshop, series, or event refunds:

Workshop, series, or event absence from classes are non-refundable.

Workshop and series cancellations required a 48 hour email notice before the
workshop or series takes place for a refund.
